The latest residential market survey from RICS Surveyors found expectations for the year ahead higher in Scotland than anywhere else in the UK.

“While there are regional variations in the market, the overall picture presented by the latest survey is one of rising expectations as buyer interest increases,” said Gail Hunter, RICS director in Scotland.
